FAQ
Common pricing questions.
Is there really a free scan?
+
Yes. From the homepage, anyone can scan a single URL without an account. You'll see your compliance score, your top 3 rule violations (one example occurrence each), severity, the WCAG criterion, the failing HTML element, and a plain-English explanation of why it fails. AI-generated code fix snippets unlock on the paid plans — the free tier lets you validate the tool before paying.
What counts as a "website" on my plan?
+
We identify a website by its registered domain (the part after www.). Re-scanning a site you already track never counts against your site limit. Only adding a brand-new domain does.
What's the difference between a single-page scan and a whole-site scan?
+
Single-page = paste one URL, audit that page. Whole-site = paste your site URL, we read your sitemap (or accept a manual URL list) and audit every reachable page up to your plan's page cap. Whole-site scans require an account and are available on Starter and above.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
+
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
+
Every paid plan (Starter, Pro, Business) starts with a 7-day free trial. When you click Start 7-day free trial, Stripe collects your card but doesn't charge you. You get full access to the plan's features immediately — every AI fix, every whole-site scan, the works — for a full week. At the end of day 7, Stripe automatically charges the monthly price ($29.99, $99, or $249) and your subscription begins. If you cancel from the Stripe customer portal before then, you're not charged and you keep access until the trial ends.
Do you offer enterprise or custom plans?
+
If you need more than 20 sites or more than 500 pages per scan, get in touch at help@adacodefix.com. We can set up a custom annual contract with a higher cap and a dedicated point of contact.
Is this legal advice?
+
No. ADA CodeFix is an automated scanner. The findings are informational and meant to help your engineering team prioritize remediation. Specific ADA Title II / Title III obligations vary by jurisdiction and circuit. Consult a qualified attorney for any legal questions about your compliance posture.
