ADA CodeFix is built around making the web more accessible. That commitment applies to our own site too. We aim to make adacodefix.com and the ADA CodeFix Chrome extension usable by people with the widest possible range of abilities, assistive technologies, and input methods.
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard referenced by the US Department of Justice in its 2024 Title II final rule and used as the de-facto standard across federal and state accessibility enforcement.
We continually scan our own site with the same tooling we offer to our customers. Like any production site, we have an open backlog of issues we are working through; we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project. If you find an issue we haven't caught yet, please tell us.
Some pages on this site display third-party content (such as Stripe checkout flows or external WCAG documentation) that we do not directly control. We do our best to choose vendors with strong accessibility track records and to provide alternative paths where third-party content is not fully accessible.
If you encounter a barrier — anything that prevents you from using a feature of our site or extension — we want to hear about it. Email hello@adacodefix.com with:
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days. If a fix is straightforward, we ship it quickly. If it requires more work, we'll explain what we're planning and roughly when to expect a fix, and we'll offer an alternative way to accomplish your goal in the meantime where we can.
If a specific page or workflow on our site is blocking you, we can usually provide the same information or perform the same operation through a different channel — email, screen-share, or a developer-side change. Reach out and we will help.
We welcome general feedback about accessibility on our site and in our product. If something is harder to use than it needs to be, that's feedback we want. Send notes to hello@adacodefix.com.
